Refund Policy

- Unused shards may be refunded within 30 days of purchase, to the original payment method, subject to review and anti-fraud checks.
- Spent shards are not refundable by PayShards. Once shards are redeemed on a Partner Site, any refund is governed by that Partner Site’s own refund policy, and you should contact the Partner Site directly.
- Promotional or bonus shards are not redeemable for cash and are deducted first; only the cash-purchased portion is eligible for refund.
- Fraud and abuse: we may decline, delay, or reverse refunds where we suspect fraud, chargeback abuse, or violation of our Terms.
