1. Overview
PayShards (“PayShards,” “we,” “us”), operated by Endymion Corp, provides a prepaid digital credits platform. Users purchase digital credits (“shards”) and may redeem them for digital goods and services offered by independent third-party websites and applications that integrate with our platform (“Partner Sites”). These Terms govern your use of PayShards.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current.
3. Shards
Shards are prepaid digital credits redeemable only for digital goods and services on Partner Sites. Shards are not money, legal tender, currency, or a financial instrument. They carry no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be transferred between users except as expressly permitted by us. Shards do not accrue interest. The current rate is 100 shards = $1.00 USD; we may adjust pricing prospectively.
4. Purchases and payment
Shard purchases are processed by our third-party payment processor. By purchasing, you authorize the applicable charge. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
5. Refunds
Unused shards may be refunded within 30 days of purchase, subject to our review and to payment-processor and anti-fraud requirements. Shards that have been spent on a Partner Site are not refundable by PayShards; refunds for goods or services obtained on a Partner Site are governed solely by that Partner Site’s own policies. We may decline or reverse refunds in cases of suspected fraud or abuse.
6. Partner Sites
PayShards provides payment and credit infrastructure only. We do not own, operate, control, endorse, or assume responsibility for Partner Sites or the goods, services, or content they offer. Your transactions with Partner Sites are solely between you and the Partner Site. Each Partner Site is independently responsible for its own offerings, terms, and compliance with applicable laws. Any disputes regarding goods or services obtained on a Partner Site must be resolved with that Partner Site.
7. Prohibited conduct
You agree not to use PayShards in violation of our Acceptable Use Policy, for any unlawful purpose, to facilitate fraud or money laundering, to circumvent these Terms, or to disrupt the platform’s operation.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your account, withhold or reverse credits, and refuse service at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, chargeback abuse, or violation of these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy. Upon termination for cause, unspent shards may be forfeited.
9. Disclaimers
PayShards is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PayShards’ total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for the acts or omissions of Partner Sites.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold PayShards and Endymion Corp harmless from claims arising out of your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your transactions with Partner Sites.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
